With over 18 years experience navigating complex entitlement and development projects in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County, Jason brings a unique perspective to land use planning having been a principal developer with extensive public agency work at the local and state level. Having helped navigate the majority of new housing projects in south Santa Barbara County over the last 10 years, he knows how to get projects to the finish line. Having worked on large residential project developments as well as individual single family home projects Jason can navigate projects large and small.
