With over 18 years experience navigating complex entitlement and development projects in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County, Jason brings a unique perspective to land use planning having been a principal developer with extensive public agency work at the local and state level.  Having helped navigate the majority of new housing projects in south Santa Barbara County over the last 10 years, he knows how to get projects to the finish line.  Having worked on large residential project developments as well as individual single family home projects Jason can navigate projects large and small.  His insight into the complex local development process as well as his close working relationships with local agencies and building industry professionals makes him an invaluable resource for your project.

134 new home development.  Project approvals included general plan amendment, rezone, development plan, tentative tract map and lot line adjustment as principal developer.

Acquisition, entitlement and tentative tract map approval and principal development of 16 lots on 15.1 acres.  Design review included 20+ board of architectural review hearings.

Acquisition, entitlement and principal development of 12 new homes on 5.14 acres using CA state bonus density program.



Acquisition, entitlement and principle development of 3 homes on 1.2 acre church owned parcel.

La Cumbre Country Club


Permit and entitlement work for new pool, bar and related facilities and new construction/renovation.  Permit work included work with Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation into local utility districts.

Brooks Institute Montecito Campus


Assisted in due diligence, permit and entitlement work related to the acquisition of the Montecito Campus of Brooks Institute.
